MAINTENANCE SURVEYS
As property costs continue to rise so do the risks. The risk that without regular inspection and maintenance defects can set in which easily escalate in complexity and cost of resolution – whether you have responsibility for residential or commercial property protecting your asset is paramount.

We suggest an initial survey of your property to establish a “baseline” – the result of this survey is a report prioritising what you should tackle in order of importance.  We can also help you with the recommendation of appropriate trades to undertake any work which might be identified.

PLANNING APPROVAL SUBMISSIONS
The Town and Country Planning Act requires you make submission of plans for approval for many types of work to your property.

We can submit your planning application on your behalf and negotiate with the local planning authority to help you gain approval.

BUILDING REGULATIONS SUBMISSIONS
Local authority building control are empowered to evaluate and approve building regulations applications.
